By creating an account or using Gymanai, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The intended operator is [PRE-LAUNCH TODO: registered operator/legal entity]; its verified legal identity and address remain pending. Free includes five successful AI coach responses for the life of the account. Training is the only purchasable paid plan when checkout is enabled and includes 120 successful AI coach responses per monthly service period. Complete is coming later and cannot be purchased.

Gymanai provides general fitness and wellness guidance, not diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency help or medical care. You are responsible for deciding whether exercise is appropriate and for obtaining suitable professional advice when needed. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help for pain, alarming symptoms or an emergency.

Provide accurate account information, protect your session and notify support if access may be compromised. Do not misuse the service, probe security, evade limits, automate unauthorized access, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content or use Gymanai to harm another person. You remain responsible for the information and training choices you submit.

Alex can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Deterministic training, entitlement and safety rules remain authoritative; AI cannot directly perform unrestricted plan changes. Material actions require the established validation and confirmation boundaries. Accepting ordinary Terms is not blanket consent to health-sensitive coach memory or another separately controlled purpose. Review recommendations before relying on them and do not use Alex for medical or emergency decisions.

Free allowances do not renew unless the product explicitly says so. Training pricing, seller, taxes, billing period, renewal and total must be shown in the approved checkout before purchase; a browser success page alone does not prove that a paid subscription is active. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than deleting the account. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow the published policy, and nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a mandatory consumer right.

You retain rights in content you submit and give Gymanai the limited permission needed to operate requested features. Gymanai software, branding and controlled content remain protected. Providers may support authentication, hosting, payments and AI processing under applicable terms. Access may be changed or suspended for security, abuse or legal reasons.
