Refund and Cancellation Policy

Training checkout can be enabled or disabled during beta. Free is not charged, while Complete and Nutrition Lite have no active price or checkout. No paid launch may proceed until the seller and payment configuration are verified.

The approved checkout must show the seller, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and total before confirmation. Cancelling Training stops or schedules the end of paid billing. Paid access normally continues through the already-paid period unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise.

Gymanai does not use a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule. Some consumers may have statutory rights to withdraw from an online purchase. This policy does not hardcode one jurisdiction's rule as a universal promise. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a consumer right or remedy. A failed, reversed or disputed payment does not create entitlement. The server remains authoritative for access. Upgrade, downgrade and proration behavior must be disclosed before confirmation; no unannounced proration promise is made. Cancellation is separate from deleting a Gymanai account or application data.

The final seller or Merchant of Record is [PRE-LAUNCH TODO: approved payment provider / Merchant of Record, if paid plans launch]. That pre-launch placeholder remains a launch blocker until verified.
